Product Return Conditions


You can return all products that have not lost their resale value (no breakage, scratches, staining, odor, etc.). To initiate the return process, please send the product you purchased from our website within 7 days of the delivery date using the ... Cargo Company. Please include a note stating that it is a return and use the agreed-upon cargo code ….. to indicate that it is a return shipment. Returns will not be accepted if the product defect is due to customer use or if the product has been used within the 7-day period. The product will be shipped to you again.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving your products, after deducting a 25 EUR shipping fee. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.


Return requests for more than 4 products per order are not accepted. (Valid for 6 months.)


Product Exchange Conditions


You have the right to unconditional exchange for defective products. If the product you purchased from our website is faulty/defective, you must contact us via email at [email protected] within 7 days of the delivery date. The faulty product you send to us will be carefully examined by our customer representatives. If the product defect is due to manufacturing and the product is in stock, it will be exchanged. The shipping cost for the exchange of defective products will be covered by us.


If the product you purchased from our website is faultless; to initiate the exchange process, we kindly request that you send the product back within 7 days of the delivery date using the ... shipping company. Please include a note inside the product stating that it is an exchange and which product you wish to exchange it for, and use the shipping code ….. indicating that it is our contracted exchange shipping company. The shipping cost for the return shipment will be covered by us, while the shipping cost for the new product will be your responsibility.
